What You'll Do

• Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance microservices.
• Advanced Service Communication: Build out the backbone of the platform using gRPC and Kafka.
• Modern Data Strategy: Engineer complex data layers that integrate Postgres, MongoDB, and Vector DBs.
• Infrastructure as Code: Deploy and orchestrate services within a GCP-native ecosystem using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner directly with AI researchers and product teams.

Requirements

• Production Excellence: 5+ years shipping stable, scalable backend systems in any modern stack (Python, Java, Go, Rust, etc.).
• Language Agnostic: We value engineering fundamentals over syntax. You should be able to pick up the right tool for the job.
• Concurrency & Scaling: Solid understanding of multithreading, parallel processing, and building for high-concurrency microservices.
• DevOps Mindset: Comfortable with CI/CD, containerization, and the observability of distributed systems (DataDog, Prometheus).
